Benefits of Volunteering

• Earn up to an additional 15% commission for a total of 85% of your sales!

  • Work up to 8 volunteer hours to equal 15%.

  • 4 hours of volunteering = 7% for first shift, 8% for second shift (system doesn’t do .5%)

  • Shifts are available in 4 hour increments

  • Shifts span the week of the event, from Set Up to Take Down

Duties as a Volunteer

• Set up Racks, Tables, and Displays

• Help with Consignor Drop Off: directing Consignors on Inventory, quality checks

• Sort Clothing, Organize and Set up Sale

• Run entrance fee station

• Greet Customers, hand out shopping bags, and provide security during sale

• Assist Cashiers with Unhanging Items and Bagging

• Go Backs and Rack Organization during Sale

• Take Down of Event, Organize Unsold Items into Bins

• Take supplies inventory and pack up supplies

• Take down racks and get rounders ready for pick up

• Move event space racks and tables back into place

• Sort event space hangers and Consignor hangers

• Pick up Signs around the mall parking lot

• Help with Consignor Pick Up: double checking inventory, handing off checks
